Dec. 19th, 2008 11:54 pmI finally got home from school for break. It's not as weird as it was for Thanksgiving, but I'm still not as at home here as I would like. Part of it is that I haven't been around and life moves on, and part of it is that I'm not used to being here the same way.
My new glasses aren't as right for me as I thought. I like them, but I don't have the confidence to wear them around potential babysitting clients and in certain situations, and I'd rather have a pair that I'm comfortable wearing all the time, so we're trading in the frames and cutting down the lenses to fit in the other glasses. On the bright side, I have the right prescription now.
